My wife and I had in our mind what we thought our house should sell for and Kelli challenged us on this based on broader market knowledge. Kelli convinced us to list for higher than we expected after helping direct us on how to stage the house (we were still living in it but what to box up and what to keep out). The result was an offer at the (higher) asking price the first weekend. That offer ended up falling through but Kelli had communicated with other interested agents through that offer process such that we had 2 back up offers waiting for us. We selected one of the backup offers and ended up selling for list price a short time thereafter. All told we sold quickly at the start of a down market for 7-10% higher than we originally expected when we decided to sell. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Kelli.
