Kelli listened to what we were looking for in an investment property and helped us locate a property that fit perfectly. But she did so much more than that. Knowing that we are first-time investors, she helped (and is still helping) us to get set up properly. She did an awesome job of keeping us on track throughout the entire process. This process could have just been transactional, as it is with many in this field, but Kelli made in personal and showed that she truly cares about the outcome.
