About Kelli

Kelli Brewer began her real estate practice roughly 15 years ago spending time working in both a commercial firm setting and as a residential real estate agent early on. Over the past ten years, she has practiced in multiple key markets in Texas, New Orleans, Louisiana, and now Eastern Tennessee. In late 2019, she began looking into the short-term rental market and acquired her first 2 STRs. The current portfolio consists of two active listings and three undeveloped lots (one four bedroom and one five bedroom in Gatlinburg TN) which currently generate approximately a quarter million in gross revenue annually. She has self-managed from day one, and with her husband Mark, holds Superhost status on multiple STR platforms. She continues to actively handle real estate transactions in both Texas and Tennessee, but relocated to the Knoxville area to focus on helping folks invest in the broader GSM region. She is passionate about helping other people achieve financial freedom through profitable real estate investment in the STR, mid-term, and long-term markets.

Kelli Cares!

Kelli listened to what we were looking for in an investment property and helped us locate a property that fit perfectly. But she did so much more than that. Knowing that we are first-time investors, she helped (and is still helping) us to get set up properly. She did an awesome job of keeping us on track throughout the entire process. This process could have just been transactional, as it is with many in this field, but Kelli made in personal and showed that she truly cares about the outcome. We have been blessed to cross paths with Kelli and look forward to working with her on future projects!

Super helpful even beyond closing!

Kelli was so helpful with us purchasing our first Short term rental property. She stayed in touch and communicated through the entire process and beyond. Even after closing she continued to help us get up and going!
