Having the trust of someone who will be on your side and monitor, the process of selling your treasured home, is worth every penny, of commission, due, to her talent! Not only did she have a her entrusted business partner, Rae whom actively, stepped up, and in, when she was with another client, She also had the natural, common sense ability, to delegate, outside resources, that ended up being crucial to the sale of the home. People should know how valuable, an agent, is as Kelli Braydene, with her experience, as I also, had the pleasure of having Keli with my first home , purchase, almost eighteen years ago, just before the last down ward market!! So glad I trusted my instincts, to ask her again! Both times, ended up with totally satisfying results. I plan now to use her again, with my five year retirement plan, when I'm ready to purchase again! Kelli can answer any and all questions you have about real estate, contracts and more. She is a great negotiator with a keen sense of humor making it so fun to work with her. On our last sale she went beyond our expectations and got us more money for our home than we thought possible.

Kelli sold us our house 17 years ago ,So when we decided to sell remembering all she did for us buying it it was hands down on who was selling it. Kelli helped me through a very difficult short sale. She got this sale closed in record time and with minimal pain to me! She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond what I would have expected of a realtor, she actually waited at the house by herself because I couldn't for the gas guy to show up so the sale could keep moving forward, I think she was there for 3 hours. She is an amazing realtor and I would definitely use her again! Very organized and responsive.
