We had an excellent experience working with Kelley. She initially showed us a home that hit our most important targets in a new home, but was priced in a way that did not reflect the substantial updates needed. While we waited for the sellers to realize their sale price aspirations were unreasonable in the current market, Kelley showed us other houses and gave honest assessments of their pros and cons in light of our ideals. After 5 weeks, the sellers of the initial home we viewed dropped their asking price to something closer to what we thought was reasonable, and Kelley was an irreplaceable asset in negotiating a final price, and subsequently reducing that price in light of the inspection report and then the formal assessment. She also gave us great advice on how to bring the most value to our home in terms of the upgrades we could do. Kelley was flexible around our odd schedules, even showing a house to my husband one evening and me the following afternoon. She was prompt to respond to questions and quick to obtain answers that required investigation. She helped steer us toward reasonable expectations and requests to the sellers, but allowed us to make the final decisions. We will gladly work with Kelley for future purchases, should that be a need, and certainly recommend her highly.

It was a hot market and Kelley was very helpful in difficult negotiations. She showed us homes tirelessly and monitored new listings for us. She researched the neighborhoods and tracked down specifics about new development by a neighbor.
