Kelley helped us sell twice and buy once. In between, she kept us informed of the changing market. Buying in Bozeman was difficult, as we had some very specific requirements. Kelley patiently helped us through every step of the process, showing us many houses before we found the right one. Each time we sold, Kelley professionally marketed the properties with virtual staging immediately, followed up by physical staging (and refreshed pictures) as soon as was practical. Kelley has excellent attention to detail, taking care of big picture things as well as details like making sure the sprinkler system gets blown out before winter. We highly recommend Kelley, whether you are buying or selling!

Kelley was holding an open house at a place that we soon bought. We weren't working with a realtor -- just walked in. She agreed to help with the transaction in her capacity at a dual representative, and while she represented first, the seller, she also helped all of us find a good resolution that left all parties happy. And that's a big deal. It sure was for us. Kelley was a total pro, got the appraiser and inspector lined up for us in what is record time by other standards, and kept us totally in the loop. The whole sale, from the time we walked in until the time we closed was very quick and efficient compared to other places we lived. And she did all that in a hot market, where resources are tough to find. Highly recommend working with Kelley, on either side of the transaction.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Kelley is amazing and exceptionally thoughtful, personal, and down right professional. My wife and I were in a bind when it came to needing to purchase a home. We were basically given an X-date to move out of our rental, and we first turned to Kelley (we used to be neighbors). She was quick to find everything possible within our budget with the limited inventory in Gallatin County. When we found the house, we found ourselves in a bidding war. Kelley went the extra mile for my family to get the deal done. When anybody asks me about needing a realtor, Kelley is the only one I recommend.

We moved away from Montana for a total of 3 years. We decided to move back and we called on Kelley to help us find a home in our price range. Kelly was fantastic. We started reviewing listings several weeks before we were in the area to view property. We had a limited time, but she helped us find several parcels that met our criteria. She was prepared with paper listings of the properties and a plan to get to all of them in the limited time available. She provided a lot of useful information, helping us make an informed decision and had helpful suggestions for other services (bank, builders, etc.).

Kelley is a great person and realtor. She has been in the Bozeman market for a long time and truly loves this area. Kelley is so professional and on top of everything. She is easy to reach and quick to get back to you. If she doesn't have the answer she will go find it for you. It is great to buy a house and have someone take care of all the details and issues.
