Not only did she do a terrific job selling our home, she helped us secure and buy the perfect next home for our family. My experience with Kelley Beskur as my realtor was wonderful. Her advice regarding house preparation, market analysis, price setting, among other topics, was excellent. Her communication skills and knowledge of the Denver market are spot on, and she is the perfect person to walk you through the stresses and the unexpected that come up during home sales. We will recommend Kelley to anyone looking to buy or sell a house (and do)! Kelley has been so patient with us during a long house hunt for very particular requirements in a challenging market. There are many things we appreciate about Kelley (she is indeed very knowledgeable and we felt like we received expert counsel all along the way) but the things we admire the most are that she stayed with us when it got tough and genuinely expressed care for us. We would love to work with Kelley again the next time we make a change!
