Keldia Sarante

We lived in Puerto Rico and were considering moving to the States. A friend advised us about a house that was going up for sale in front of her home and that is when it all started. We got in touch with Keldia, who became our agent and the rest is history. Keldia visited the house as soon as it hit the market on April 14th and provided us a video tour. Even with the distance between us, she helped us submit a bid which was accepted on April 17th and we closed on May 17th. Keldia helped us all along the way, both with the lender and the sellers. She answered questions and clarified any doubts we had, made sure all documents were submitted timely and correctly, scheduled inspections, and even helped us obtain the necessary insurance. We believe Keldia treated us more like friends than clients. We thank her for her assistance and professionalism. We hope to be in our house for a long time, but if we ever need a real estate professional, we hope she is still available. Thank you Keldia.
