Keith acts as a buyer and seller agent for my company Independence Realty LLC
I have bought and sold over 400 homes in the last 10 years and the Weaver Team handles over 1/2 of my purchase and sales transactions. You don't get this role with my company unless you are super proficient in the entire real estate process. Keith treats my properties like they are his own and is exceptional at negotiating sales prices and working out tricky home inspection repair lists that can kill real estate deals. Keith is no part timer. He eats sleeps and drinks real estate and I highly recommend him and the Weaver Team.
