Keith listed our house and we closed on it in 20 days. The process was seamless and easy and we were so thankful. He was incredibly professional and priced it to sell. We got multiple offers within days of listing and our home went for over ask.
Keith is an awesome performer and professional. Highly recommended! His approach and professionalism is top notch.
We’ve used Keith for a house rental and for the two houses we’ve bought. He sold our first house as well. Keith is easy to work with. He found us a house in the neighborhood we wanted to live in and negotiated a deal that worked well for both parties. He’s well known in this area and has a lot of connections. I believe that’s very important, especially in this housing market.
Keith knows the King George market, and the agricultural property market. He got great photos of our challenging property. He worked with us to make sure we addressed what needed to be addressed and left alone what didn't need to be fixed. He kept us in the loop even after we'd moved across the country.
Keith was great to work with especially for this first time seller. He told me exactly what I needed to do to prepare for the sale. He provided great guidance all the way through the process. Very satisfied with the end result!
Keith was very attentive to all our needs and responded to all of our questions and concerns in a quick and timely manner. Sound advice throughout the process of selling my home.
