I live out of state and had inherited a very dilapidated house in Orofino that was full of belongings and needed a lot of TLC. Just thinking about the house stressed me out, but Keith made selling it incredibly easy. In addition to meeting with potential buyers, Keith was always quick to respond whenever I had a question and, if necessary, would stop by the property within an hour. Everything else—from the initial email and contract signing to the final sale—was handled online, so I never had to travel. He priced the house well, and within a month, it was sold, and the proceeds were in my bank account. I can't recommend Keith highly enough!
