Keith was the epitome of a well-informed professional who never gave up despite the problems of trying to deal with a reverse mortgage that had been sold to the US government, which was a real nightmare to try to deal with or even to get a payoff. To this day, the government has never acknowledged my husband's death after almost eighteen months. But Keith never gave up, and his perseverance has paid off with me ending up owning 5.6 acres of land and a three-bedroom, two bath house, free and clear.
