Keith went above & beyond to help us find our dream condo in Redondo Beach The Villages. We lived in NY and started our search in September 2019 and then the pandemic derailed things, as well as the crazy Ca market. Keith was constantly on the lookout for a condo that would be the right fit for us. Once we found the home we loved, he worked diligently to secure it for us. Keith never pushed us to do anything outside of our comfort zone and he was our advocate during the negotiation process of buying a home. He responded to our calls, texts & emails promptly and was very accommodating of our tight schedule when we would travel out to the South Bay to look at properties. After closing, he helped us to find a NY based broker to sell our 35+ year home and also continued to help us by checking on the condo during a building construction, and helping us to find reasonable trade people for repairs and upgrades and also checking on the work being done there for us. Keith is hands down one of the most honest, reliable, trustworthy and empathetic people I have ever met, unlike some other brokers we ran across during our search.

I found Keith through online reviews, much like this site here, and going in I felt the bar was set pretty high after reading few. As soon as I met him I felt confident I had found a good realtor and right away we started getting things done. Our experience selling our home with Keith Kyle was amazing! We had heard that he's the "go-to" guy for seller who can't/don't want to be involved in the minutiae (repairs, staging, etc) of the sale of their home, and everyone was right! Due to a prior relocation, we were selling our home while living 500 miles away! Keith made the process so simple, from helping coordinate minor repairs and painting, to staging our home and enabling us to get top dollar for the neighborhood.
