I found myself selling my Family home of 18 years. My kids were born and raised in this home and itās been the central backdrop of our lives for nearly two decades. Iām single and not particularly adept to the ins and outs of Real Estate. And quite simply, the sale of this house was nothing less than life changing. Period. It had to go well!! Keisha set my mind at ease from day 1 with her knowledge and understanding of the local market. She came ready with a Marketing plan, a pan for timing of the listing and a plan for the showings. She had preset appts over three days. We had over 30 people walk through the house in those 3 days. From listing, to in contract in less than 5 days. Every decision that i had to make came with options and information from Keisha so that I could comfortably make the best decision for me at the time. I never had to pull for information and at no point was i less than fully understanding of where we were in the process. Keisha managed everything and just ushered my sale right through closing. And there were Challenges. A few issues arose on the buyers side and we had some pretty serious decisions to make about the direction of the sale. In the end, with each Challenge....I ended up in an even better position than before. At the end of the day, i received 15% over my asking price....which in real estate, is a big number. I couldnāt have been happier and would never dream of going through this experience with anyone else.
