In both instances, Keisha brought her integrity and her wealth of experience which absolutely were critical to both, very positive outcomes. Not only did she strategize and think outside the box, she was approachable, responsive and genuinely caring. Keisha does not give up. There were times when out of frustration, I felt like throwing in the towel. Not Keisha. Keisha represented our church to sell our parsonage. This was not a typical transaction due to the property belonging to a corporation which required additional documentation for the title company to complete the title search and the sale documents. Keisha did an excellent job navigating this complex sale with the principals involved. We were able to complete the sale providing much needed capital for our organization and making the buyer’s dream of owning their fist home come true. In my 50+ years of buying and selling homes in several Bay Area counties I’ve never found another RE agent with the knowledge and understanding of the market as Keisha Zogg. She is very professional and never fails to return calls as well as give complete answers to my questions. She has never been late for any appointments we had. When asked for her opinion she stops, thinks about what she is feeling and gives you a direct answer regardless of weather it’s what you might want to hear or not.
