Over 10 years ago, Keisha basically held my hand and guided me through the process of buying my first home. More recently, she took me through the process of selling that same home. As a result, I had the very fortunate experience of working with Keisha both as a buyer and as a seller. Further, both were in difficult times in the housing market. In both instances, Keisha brought her integrity and her wealth of experience which absolutely were critical to both, very positive outcomes. Not only did she strategize and think outside the box, she was approachable, responsive and genuinely caring. Keisha does not give up. There were times when out of frustration, I felt like throwing in the towel. Not Keisha. She always remained calm, professional, encouraging and provided market information to help me understand the ways to ride the tide to successful outcomes. In both my buying and selling experiences, Keisha always rose to the challenge and did so while being open and transparent, which means that she is very trustworthy. When you are buying or selling a home you need to be able to trust your agent. Keisha gave me every reason to trust her, even through a few difficult roadblocks that arose unexpectedly in the process. For these reasons, I recommend Keisha highly and without reservation.

Keisha represented our church to sell our parsonage. This was not a typical transaction due to the property belonging to a corporation which required additional documentation for the title company to complete the title search and the sale documents. Keisha did an excellent job navigating this complex sale with the principals involved. We were able to complete the sale providing much needed capital for our organization and making the buyer’s dream of owning their fist home come true. I highly recommend Keisha to anyone who wants to sell or purchase a home.

We took almost 6 months to find a home. Keisha worked so much with us. She was incredibly knowledgeable and had great resources for everything when she didn’t have an answer. She was always positive, kind, and supportive. She listened and was so patient. She paid attention and recognized what mattered most to us. She worked with us in our level of comfort and just made the whole experience as easy as possible. She is absolutely incredible at what she does and we would recommend her to anyone!

In my 50+ years of buying and selling homes in several Bay Area counties I’ve never found another RE agent with the knowledge and understanding of the market as Keisha Zogg. She is very professional and never fails to return calls as well as give complete answers to my questions. She has never been late for any appointments we had. When asked for her opinion she stops, thinks about what she is feeling and gives you a direct answer regardless of weather it’s what you might want to hear or not. I found myself selling my Family home of 18 years. My kids were born and raised in this home and it’s been the central backdrop of our lives for nearly two decades. I’m single and not particularly adept to the ins and outs of Real Estate. And quite simply, the sale of this house was nothing less than life changing. Period. It had to go well!! Keisha set my mind at ease from day 1 with her knowledge and understanding of the local market. She came ready with a Marketing plan, a pan for timing of the listing and a plan for the showings. She had preset appts over three days. We had over 30 people walk through the house in those 3 days. From listing, to in contract in less than 5 days. Every decision that i had to make came with options and information from Keisha so that I could comfortably make the best decision for me at the time. I never had to pull for information and at no point was i less than fully understanding of where we were in the process. Keisha managed everything and just ushered my sale right through closing. And there were Challenges. A few issues arose on the buyers side and we had some pretty serious decisions to make about the direction of the sale. In the end, with each Challenge....I ended up in an even better position than before. At the end of the day, i received 15% over my asking price....which in real estate, is a big number. I couldn’t have been happier and would never dream of going through this experience with anyone else.
