Kayleigh knows so much about the area, she made a lot of the pieces of our sale really easy. This was our first experience selling a home, so we had no idea how much information needs to be collected, but Kayleigh already had most of it queued up and ready for us to sign. She was also very informed of the market in our immediate area, so we also had the most up to date research on other listings. She walked us through all the various steps from listing through closing and always made sure we knew when we had tasks to complete, which made the process much less stressful than it could have been. Overall, we were very pleased with our home selling experience.
