Kayla is an excellent agent, going above and beyond during every step of the process. She helped us buy our first home, negotiated the price to be under asking and under the appraised value (so we came into the purchase with equity - in 2023, which is unheard of). At our initial meeting she came prepared with a list of questions to identify our priorities and make sure she'd be finding houses we like. We knew we'd have to sacrifice some things since it's not a buyer's market. She found us a new construction home with all the newest technology in a great neighborhood, not in the location we'd originally imagined living in, but now an area we're growing to love. Kayla is very sharp on the current housing market trends and what to look for when buying a home, having grown up with some background in general contracting and renovating homes. She spotted SO many things in our initial open houses that I would have never seen (granted I am also a first time buyer, but I was very impressed). She always followed up on any open items/questions we had without us needing to ask. Kayla was a new mom when we started searching, and I still felt like she always had time for us. You definitely want Kayla on your team, whether you are buying or selling. She truly cares about her clients and giving them the best service based on their wants and needs, rather than just being another transaction.
