First let me say, it is a dream come true to finally become a homeowner after 20 years of wanting a home but being unable to buckle down and achieve that dream until now, it's never too late. How I actually met Kayla was after I had a not so pleasant experience with another realtor, I needed a realtor that would basically take me by the hand and walk me through the homebuying journey. I didn't have a clue what to do or how to start even after working with another realtor. And Kayla did just that, she walked with me step by step. One of her first questions to me was how I preferred to communicate. The next question was what type of home I wanted. Once that was established, the journey begun immediately. With the market so crazy, our journey had a few bumps in the road. I tried to give up several times but Kayla kept my spirits high and assured me she would find me a home. Kayla had that personal touch that I needed. I felt comfortable talking to her about anything pertaining to homebuying. She made sure I purchased a home that hit as close to everything I asked for but also Kayla used her professional skills to help me look outside of my box. I purchased a home in an area I hadn't even thought about looking. Kayla had a lot of patience with me. I'm a very indecisive person, so it was for me, one minute I love a house, the next minute my mind would change. Kayla took the time to get to know me enough so she did not show any frustration with me. She always said with a smile "don't worry, this is a big deal, we have to find a home that you like". Once I found a home and started the buying process, my nerves were going bonkers, but Kayla would send a text or call frequently to update me on the process, and answer any of my questions which helped to calm my nerves tremendously. She is a true professional! Kayla helped me buy a house during a pandemic! I am truly a happy customer and could not thank her enough. Kayla will be my realtor for any future purchases.
