Kaye DeBrock was very helpful in guiding us through the unknowns of selling my dad's house as he entered a nursing home , she showed compassion to our bittersweet situation which was complicated with a state lien on the home , even though this was not a big fancy home that would net her a large sale , she felt we deserved an the same service as everyone else , as we were unsure of procedure and technique she helped us navigate the details , it sold promptly and at the end of the year she sent us important tax papers to file , she was always accessible and courteous , Ray Feltmeyer
