Kaye was our realtor for the sale of my parent's home. Kaye was very sensitive to my mother’s concerns when my father passed away during this process, and always brought her professionalism and wise counsel to the table in selling their property. I live out of town, and she was always there to facilitate everything that needed to be done. She advised us on pricing, negotiations and ultimately walked us through the closing process. Her recommendations for a handyman, radon expert and even carpet sales/installation, was very helpful to me being out of town. I very highly recommend Kay to you for your real estate needs. Kaye DeBrock was very helpful in guiding us through the unknowns of selling my dad's house as he entered a nursing home , she showed compassion to our bittersweet situation which was complicated with a state lien on the home , even though this was not a big fancy home that would net her a large sale , she felt we deserved an the same service as everyone else , as we were unsure of procedure and technique she helped us navigate the details , it sold promptly and at the end of the year she sent us important tax papers to file , she was always accessible and courteous , Ray Feltmeyer
