Some time ago, we stopped at an open house and Kay Van Landingham met us at the front door with a smile. At that time, we were not ready to purchase, but Kay kept in touch with us from time to time to find out if we were ready to size down. In the last months of 2021, we finally make the important decision. It was time to really consider moving to something more manageable. We called Kay and set up a visit and discussion. Kay arrived and, after a tour of the home, discussed why we decided to sell and move to a senior independent living community. She spent plenty of time discussing all the important points and how home sales were handled, the pluses of the neighborhood and area of Tulsa. She was well prepared and left us that day with a folder full of information and a big decision to make. She suggested a selling price and was knowledgeable to the current market. Soon after, we officially signed with Kay and began to make a plan to begin cleaning out and going through "Stuff" to give, donate, save and move to a new home (apartment). Kay was easy to reach when we had a question, and eager to help or advise any time. Two days after an estate/moving sale, Kay showed our home three times and received two bids. We accepted a generous bid and signed the contract right away. Kay was always patient, courteous, helpful, and became our friend from the start. We never waited for answers and her skills as a real estate agent shown through like a "Star". She stayed on top of the sale with a smooth closing as sellers. We now have found a new friend! as well as a super real estate guru. We really appreciate her being on our side all the time.
