This is the second time I have used Kay Houghton and I couldn't be happier with them. My first experience was for a purchase and my agent (Kerry Wood) was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as well as being patient with my lack of experience and answering every question until I was satisfied. Ms. Houghton and Ms. Wood handled my recent sale and after a walk through and discussion to determine an approach, everything went as planned and I did not have to be too involved which is the way I wanted it to be. They got a good price in a questionable market. I was more than satisfied and would highly recommend their firm for others in the Real Estate market.
