Kay helped us sell my mom's home remotely from out of state. I picked her because she was able to speak Japanese, my mother's primary language. I told her that we would do whatever it took to close the deal within 1 month. Negotiations were very fast and I believe we received the best possible outcome. Despite the distance and COVID, the house was closed within one month as I had wanted. She went out of her way to visit the house and provided a very valuable 'on-site' perspective of the house. She assisted with the coordination of title services, repairs, inspectors, cleaners, staging, photographers, and contractors. She went above and beyond by helping to cleaning it out. She has a very warm personality. I would highly recommend Kay to anyone shopping for homes in the Northern Colorado area.
