Kay helped us sell my mom's home remotely from out of state. I picked her because she was able to speak Japanese, my mother's primary language. I told her that we would do whatever it took to close the deal within 1 month. Negotiations were very fast and I believe we received the best possible outcome. Despite the distance and COVID, the house was closed within one month as I had wanted. She went out of her way to visit the house and provided a very valuable 'on-site' perspective of the house. She assisted with the coordination of title services, repairs, inspectors, cleaners, staging, photographers, and contractors. She went above and beyond by helping to cleaning it out.
