I’m honored to write a review on behalf of Kay & Brian Fisher. As I mentioned in my headline where do I even begin? I suppose the beginning makes perfect sense so here goes! I reached out to Kay on behalf of my father ,and recently deceased mother, who were in desperate need to sell their home in Mooresville, NC. To frame the scenario so that you can comprehend what an impeccable job the Fisher team did I am going to share some pretty specific details. I have known both Kay and Brian for over 20 years yet I must admit they were not initially top of mind. Life was lifing and with so many friends in the business it became a task deciding who to use. Through immense grief I felt spirit lead to reach out to the Fisher’s to assist in a complicated & sensitive situation. Complications A. There were currently renters in the home which made EVERYTHING more challenging. B. TLC/Renovations were needed in a major way to maximize return on investment. C. Finances were very tight. There was equity in the home yet it was not accessible. D. Dad was now living hundreds of miles away, in Maryland, with me so he was unable to insure maintenance was followed through on. Solutions: A. They navigated around the renters engaging on occasion to ensure a smooth transition. B. They researched a program that would allow renovations to be made on the front end which allowed the process to move forward without a financial investment. C. They coordinated with the vendors to ensure all of the work was completed from a quality standpoint & in a timely manner. D. Lastly, Brian showed our family his entire heart by physically doing some of the maintenance work that was slated for contractors that simply didn’t show up. Brian, Kay, Lauren, and Mark are the only realtors I would ever consider using. They are professional, knowledgable, and patient.
