Must have taken 5 vacations during the purchase...
Must have taken 5 vacations during the purchase and didn't bother to show up to the closing due to another vacation. I'm talking about trips to Europe for weeks! Told the broker over the phone on the day of closing that she would have 2k taken out of her commission to cover a mistake that she made and then never paid up. She said the broker was lying...she recommended the broker! What a mess!
