What a hard working, diligent and efficient, caring woman; I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about her! She surly does live up to her goal to give quality personal attention to the needs of each of her clients, and exceeds it, truly. Further more, she makes house hunting fun and easy for you; it's quite like an outing with a well known friend, who's shopping with you for the right house, and has all of the basis covered ahead of time. She truly has your best interests in mind an works tirelessly, and patiently to help you reach your goals. She showed many houses to us in a short period of time. The speed was awesome in more ways than one; we were quickly able to rule out the houses unsuitable for us; and with her quickly doing all of the footwork, we were able to find and purchase a great deal before it was gone. The best deals are usually taken first, so you need a realtor that is thorough, diligent, and prompt. Kay is all of these and more. I should also say, we've lived in our new house for several months now and are still finding out how perfect it is for us. And not just the house and property itself, but also the location, which was extremely important to us as well. She's wonderful!

I used Kay when we started looking for a home in March 2014. I have used other realtors in the past. Kay is by far the best that I have worked with. She was available anytime that we needed to look at a house or had questions. She is very thorough and very responsive. Kay made our 2nd home buying experience very easy. Kay is very personable. When we had a house offer fall through Kay kept us motivated, and stuck with us. She immediately had houses for us to look at and never let us give up on our dream of owning a home. Kay was always there when we needed her. She was never pushy or made us feel like we had to put an offer on a house. She gave great advice and insight into buying/owning a home. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone!
