Katy and Rick have many years of experience and know Ocean City so well, it was great to ask their opinions on locations and buildings. We told Katy what we were hoping to find, and within 2 months, she had found us our dream spot overlooking the bay. We are so happy with our choice. We’ve been enjoying our sunsets ever since!

We loved working with Katy in the past when we purchase our Condo in 2011 and have refer her and Rick to others. All have been happy with their result and expert advise. So of course we called Katy, when we were thinking of selling our bayfront condo and moving to the beach. She and Rick met us for showing us several properties and then met up with us same day to list the condo and put offer on Ocean Pines Home. On a Friday Memorial Holiday Weekend. I am sure they had other things planned but they put us first as usual. We were guided by their skill of knowing beach properties and pricing. We listed and Sold Condo in early July. Was about 6 weeks on market. June is slow to sell as people were not coming down due to senior weeks. But they held many open houses and got the literature out there. A great couple found it and sold sign went up. Then the other property was ready to close on time August. All went relative smoothly and we are very much appreciate Katy and Rick for their diligence and expertise. We will continue to refer other to them as long as they are in the business.

The sale of our condo was made easy by both Katy and Rich. We had not planned to sell the condo when we left in August 2022. The condo was filled with clothes and our "stuff" Katy reassured methat she could take care of all of our belongs and separated what we wanted to keep. It was ready for an open house on two weeks. Katy always kept us informed. Let us some decisions on our own and assisted with all other decision with expert guidance.a 5 star team!

Katy's marketing is well done and very broad.
