Katrina knows her way around town. Her knowledge of everything there is to do sold me on the location. She sealed the deal by remarking that this was the place she’d love to be. She had a Naples locals knowledge of all the best in dining,shopping,and entertainment, even all the shortcuts to get to the beach quick and easy. But her experience wasn’t just of coastal Collier County. Turn’s out Naples is but a small diamond in the rough of what SW Florida has to offer. Quaint little fishing communities within driving distance,most with amazing history. Everglades City with some of the freshest seafood I’ve ever eaten. The Big Cypress National park with all its hiking trails,bird watching,alligators,as well as panthers,and pythons. A swamp buggy ride is quite the thrill. Then there’s the secrets of the Everglades itself. Amazing!!! Most go to the beaches for watching an amazing sunset,but the sunsets over the sawgrass prairies, and cypress strands of the Glades, on an airboat,may very well make the top of the list. A savvy negotiator and a knowledgeable local. She won in my deal. We both won!
