Kat is an amazing realtor! We would highly recommend her. She met my son and daughter in law while they were on a trip from MN to Naples, to show them houses in Naples. At that point, buying in Naples was a very new dream. We told her it was a dream. Even though she was aware we weren't serious buyers at the time, she treated us as if we were important, answered lots of questions and showed us properties via FaceTime. Over the next 6 months she promptly answered tons of email questions about the area, properties, HOAs, etc. We never felt like we were burdening her. We were honest with her about not knowing if a purchase would happen. When we finally flew down to look at properties, our Turo driver canceled our reservation while we were in the air. Kat immediately stepped up and generously drove us around - luggage in her trunk. After viewing several homes, she took us to where we could pick up another rental car. She went above and beyond! Kat is knowledgeable about the area. She gave great insights into the pros and cons of developments. She kept our budget in mind and didn't try to push us to a more expensive bracket. We felt like she really had our best interest in mind. We eventually purchased a home with her help. :) Kat was professional, patient and kind. She treated us as friends, not just clients. Buying a FL property while living in MN was a bit complicated and scary, but Kat gave us confidence throughout the process. She even gave us a house warming gift!
