Katrina was so flexible and helpful in our search for a new home. Coming from out of state we really had to rely on her knowledge of the market and area in deciding on the place right for us. We had a short time we could look at houses while in the area and she made herself available to see everything we wanted. She was thorough in her search so we felt like we had a really good idea of what was out there and could feel confident in our decision. She also looked at houses virtually with us and even helped us look for rentals. She was so great with our kids the entire time and was always willing to help with them so we could focus. She even baby sat for us while we were moving in. Our daughter still talks about her! Katrina is so professional, sincere, and knowledgeable. She was very present during our walkthroughs, pointing out things we would’ve otherwise missed. She got us into the perfect home for our family in the timeframe that we needed and became a friend along the way. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home, you will not be disappointed!
