My wife and I originally listed our house as a FSBO because it needed some work before it was market-ready. Naturally, we received numerous calls from realtors who were interested in listing the property. After meeting with Katrina, she impressed us early on with her knowledge of the area and the market in general. When we told her we weren't ready to list the property yet, she provided us with a booklet of comps and pictures and stayed in touch with us. We were able to negotiate what we felt was a fair listing commission and eventually gave Katrina the listing. The listing and pictures were very professionally done, and Katrina kept in touch with us each time it was shown and provided us with feedback. The house sold within a reasonable amount of time, and we were pleased with the selling price. We would highly recommend her as an agent.
