I can’t say enough about what a wonderful realtor Katrina is. When I came to Florida my rental house fell through and she jumped right on it and found one for me. I had to go back to Ohio so I was not here to be able to look for anything. I don’t know what I would have done without her. Then when it came time to have my house built there was no question about who my realtor would be. Katrina is so thoughtful and she picks up the ball on things that probably aren’t even her job. Any question that has, she has found the answers, any company or person that needed to be contacted she did that on my behalf. I can’t imagine a realtor doing any more!

This was our third home transaction with Watson Realty. Each was excellent in its own way. Our most recent sale using Watson was outstanding. Katrina Moughton was there whenever we needed assistance or just the answer to a question. We are temporarily renting, but in the near future expect to purchase a new construction home.
