Katrina handled everything to sell my house! I was so busy with packing she took care of all of the details, advised me every step of the way. What I should and should not do while relocating. She took me to find the perfect home and handled completely with the seller, details and the inspection of my new home while still handling the sale of my old one! Not only did I get a great new home, great price but sold mine at a better profit than I ever imagined. She is professional, friendly and hands on to help her clients have a great experience! She goes out of her way to help you!

It had been over seventeen years since we either sold or purchased a house. Through the selling of our home I saw a lot has changed in all phases of this business from sales commission to the requirements needed to list your home on the market. Katrina answered almost all of our concerns and prepared us for what we would/ or would not need to do to meet any obligations or the buyers requests. Another Realtor actually sold our house. There was some problems with arranging closing dates due to buyer's representatives errors on completing their documents correctly. Because we were relocating and since we had a signed purchase agreement we moved to our new location and to make agreements on our new living arrangements. What issues that created problems was not of Katrina fault or her representation of the sell of our home. Overall Katrina met our expectations.

From the beginning of what was such a stressful process Katrina was just what I needed. From a comforter in times of worry, to a friend in need of a laugh and a ear to listen to when I felt everything was falling apart she kept me stable. Oh and not to mention my kids loved her she has such a beautiful and genuine heart. I am beyond grateful and thankful that God lead her to me. If I could I would for any purchase or sale of a home choose her as my realtor. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!
