It had been over seventeen years since we either sold or purchased a house. Through the selling of our home I saw a lot has changed in all phases of this business from sales commission to the requirements needed to list your home on the market. Katrina answered almost all of our concerns and prepared us for what we would/ or would not need to do to meet any obligations or the buyers requests. Another Realtor actually sold our house. There was some problems with arranging closing dates due to buyer's representatives errors on completing their documents correctly. Because we were relocating and since we had a signed purchase agreement we moved to our new location and to make agreements on our new living arrangements.
