This home was a challenge due to a tenant that didnt want to leave the home and the damages left right before closing. However, Katrina was able to negotiate with the sellers and hire a contractor to come in and repair many of the damages made by the previous owner. However, I only stayed in this home a short while, about 6 months before Katrina helped put in place for me the opportunity to build a home and in the Brownsburg area. I have always wanted to be in this location. So she went with me to look at models, when I settled on one, she went with me to the design center and to sit with the contractors, to visit the home while it was being built and make sure they didnt miss anything, to have a contractor come in and make sure the home was being built up to code. I am happy to say I am now finally in my dream home thanks to Katrina. If I ever sale, she will be the only person I will ever work with.

After I sold my home on Stillwood, I purchased a home a few miles away that was bigger since I had a baby on the way. This was a frustrating purchase as the home was occupied by a tenant who was renting and didnt want to leave. The sellers were great and ready for us to purchase the home. Katrina provided a contractor to go into the home and do an inspection when I was to busy with other things. When Katrina and I did the final walk through, we were disappointed and shocked to see that the tenant had destroyed the home and just 1 day before closing. So she reached out to the sellers, who lived in another state might I add, and she negotiated increasing what money I should get back in order to pay my contractor to fix the damages. The renters also left all types of trash in the driveway, so she made sure that was taken care of as well. She even found a place, in seconds to come before closing to clean the carpets from the mess the last tenant had made. If you want someone to go above and beyond for you this is the person to do it. She has been truely a blessing.

Katrina always has gone above and beyond, more than any realtor I have worked with. When I felt like giving up in a market that was so competitive, she would always keep me optimistic and hopeful. When I found my first home with her I was so excited. After falling in love with so many other homes, I couldnt believe she was able to help me receive this one. This home had 6 other offers on it. Within 24 hours I received a call that I was chosen to purchase the home and I couldnt help but cry I was so excited. She walked with me through the home, helped with negotiations and made sure everyone was on top of their duties. Closing was so emotional and I couldnt have done it without her. She also helped me sale the home a few years later. Originally I didnt go with her, I went with a bigger realtor company and after the inspection, they basically told me, im stuck in the home and wouldnt make a prophet and would be lucky to even sale it at all. Outside of just needing to replace a crack in my window and clear mold out of a crawl space the home was in great condition. Katrina helped me find contractors to work with me, we did projects together to update the home and would you believe within a couple months she was able to do what those bigger realtor companies couldnt do in 9 months. Not only did she help me sale my house in 3 months flat, it was also in the winter time!!! We not only closed on this house but she helped me buy another at the same time!!!!

Katrina is friendly, personable, knowledgeable! She has the seller and the buyer in mind to make sure they get what they pay for and what a seller asks. She’s helpful in helping get things done when help is needed! Id highly recommend Katrina for your realtor!
