We originally met Katrina through the Realtor.com website and app when we first started shopping for a home. We were so lucky that she was the first to call when we submitted a request to view one of the homes listed on the site. She was immediately invested in our search from the first minute we got on the phone and helped us navigate a relatively complex market for the specific kind of property we were searching for. We ended up visiting a dozen or more properties with Katrina and she was great about helping us focus on what worked with each property and more importantly, what didn't work. She wasn't going to let us settle for something that didn't really work for us. In the end we found the exactly perfect property that met all of our criteria and she expertly negotiated our purchase contract. You would think that would be the end of the process for many brokers, but Katrina continued to stay closely involved and helped us conduct all of the appropriate diligence and negotiate additional repairs so that everything would be just right when we finally closed. Today was that closing, and we couldn't be happier with the entire process. Up next is selling our old home and we know we are going to be in good hands with Katrina there as well.

Working with Katrina was an amazing experience. She assisted us with a smooth relocation from the DC area to Georgia in less than a month! She goes above and beyond for relocation clients, working with us in person for on site visits and even scheduled FaceTime and video footage when we could not be physically present.
