Katrina and her team were great. She was very responsive and seemed fully invested in helping us buy our first home. She was very patient with answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns. (Which were many as first time homebuyers). She made us feel like we were her only clients at the time. We started the buying process virtually since we were relocating from a different state. This was a little frightening but Katrina and her staff were very thorough in the virtual tours.
