Katrina was nothing short of professional the entire time, while being so thoughtfully personal. To start off with, she gave me a packet for each house I toured, all of which were perfectly organized, which encouraged me to take notes and keep my thoughts fresh on each house. Being a first time home owner, she imparted lots of wisdom from her years of experience as a realtor, for which I was so grateful. She did her best to explain to me every step of the process, and knew how to break it down in simpler terms for me when I got overwhelmed with it all. She showed up at the inspection, taking detailed notes and learning from the inspector so she could add to her repertoire of knowledge for me and for future clients. She did her best to always be available to any questions or concerns. Katrina truly went above and beyond in every step of this process, and I cannot imagine buying my first home without her.
