Katrina was everything and more that we could have needed through the entire house selling and buying process as we upgraded to our dream home to better fit our growing family. She was open minded and easy going as we slowly started perusing houses to figure out what we wanted, then was able to flip to fast pace intensive work to prep our home to sell once we found the upgrade we loved. In an extremely tight six week window we put in an offer on our dream home that was accepted, prepped and got our home on the market including painting the whole house and staging it beautifully, got an offer on our home that we accepted within 4 days, then went through to the finish line despite issues that came up during the inspection of our old house. Katrina was there nearly every day to help with painting, minor fixes, inspections, and phone calls with contractors and agents to fix the issues presented. Katrina helped calm us during the extreme stress of not knowing if the septic issues found would be fixable. She spoke often with the other agents to keep everyone informed and calm through the whole process. Due to unforeseen issues with our old house it was one of the most stressful times of our lives and yet with Katrina the course was kept clear and passable. She represented us with respect, patience, and dignity. I was also grateful for her realistic understanding of what our house and new house were worth in the current market. She had a clear strategy for selling our house quickly to create the least amount of displacement possible for us and our kids. If you are lucky enough to get Katrina, know that she is hardworking, kind, hardworking, patient, hardworking, knowledgeable, hardworking, generous, and did I mention hardworking?? She 1000% earned her commission.

Katrina was nothing short of professional the entire time, while being so thoughtfully personal. To start off with, she gave me a packet for each house I toured, all of which were perfectly organized, which encouraged me to take notes and keep my thoughts fresh on each house. Being a first time home owner, she imparted lots of wisdom from her years of experience as a realtor, for which I was so grateful. She did her best to explain to me every step of the process, and knew how to break it down in simpler terms for me when I got overwhelmed with it all. She showed up at the inspection, taking detailed notes and learning from the inspector so she could add to her repertoire of knowledge for me and for future clients. She did her best to always be available to any questions or concerns. Katrina truly went above and beyond in every step of this process, and I cannot imagine buying my first home without her. I will be forever grateful for her hard work in getting me into my dream home. Thank you, Katrina!

This was the second time we worked with Katrina. The first time was buying a house. This time was selling our house. Katrina did a fantastic job selling our house. She really went above and beyond. She spent a lot of time getting to know the market and priced us right where we needed to be. Katrina staged the house beautifully. Katrina was a dream to work with. She was always very professional and supportive throughout the process. She helped us prepare the house for the sale and after the house sold she helped us prepare for the move by stopping by to help with packing and other things we needed.
