This was the second time we worked with Katrina. The first time was buying a house. This time was selling our house. Katrina did a fantastic job selling our house. She really went above and beyond. She spent a lot of time getting to know the market and priced us right where we needed to be. Katrina staged the house beautifully. She gave us lots of good suggestions and shared her knowledge from other sales. We would definitely work with Katrina again.

Katrina was a dream to work with. She was always very professional and supportive throughout the process. She helped us prepare the house for the sale and after the house sold she helped us prepare for the move by stopping by to help with packing and other things we needed. Every time I told someone about our Real Estate agent they would be surprised and stated they had never heard of an agent that helped with those things. She is the best Real Estate agent we have ever worked with and would recommend her to anyone we knew was interested in selling their house.
