She was very friendly and efficient. We talked about what I was looking for. The area in wanted to live in, the style of house, the size, and price range. She showed my a few houses, to get a feel of what I liked and wanted. She then showed me just the houses I would be interesed in. It saved me a lot of time and hassel. She looked for any problems with the houses and pointed them out to me, and the approximate cost to repair or replace it. Katrina sold me my home when I first moved to Az in 1997. My most recent experience with Katrina was regarding the sale of my niece's home, which I was in charge of getting cleaned up and sold. Katrina was able to refer me to handy men, carpet cleaners, house cleaners, and even helped me with some cleaning and repairs. She listed the house on a Friday afternoon, and had us a full price offer by Saturday afternoon. 150 characters aren't enough to describe Katrina!
