Empathic, astute, well-informed, tactful, persistent, helpful.

Katrin Tobin is a remarkable person with the kind of skills that would make her an excellent member of a City Council member... or clinical psychologist. She is empathic, astute, well-informed, tactful, persistent, helpful. She answered hosts of questions, did extra research, arranged her schedule to communicate to the East Coast. I recommend her whole heartedly. Amelie Rorty
