Katrin came highly recommended by our local real estate professional who we had been working with for 15+ years. Its a tough market for buyers out there and Katrin was great at guiding us thru it. We planned to do a drive-thru of a (no open-house ) house on a Sunday evening when Katrin decided to do better by coming to the house at very short notice and showing us the house. We did not bid on that particular house but trusted her to be with us and help us out every step of the way. She helped us put an offer together that did get us the house of our dreams.
