Katrin helped the reviewer sell this property

Went out of Her Way

Katrin was fantastic on a somewhat difficult sale Whenever a issue arose she found a solution, whether a handyperson to complete a repair or a visit to a metal shop to see if a electrical panel could be constructed as a replacement since they didnt make 1970 era panels anymore. She worked closely with the other agent and closing companies She stopped by every night to make sure the contractors locked up after they left She saved us money on not having staging since she felt it will sell fast All in all a great agent despite some dynamics which made the sale delayed
