Katina was an amazing realtor. I was trying to purchase a house in the height of the crazy market following Covid. Houses were being purchased quickly. I was 4.5hrs away. Had my father doing most of the viewing for me. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She was familiar with the area, flood zones, travel time and so forth. I was a 1st time home buyer and had lots of questions. If she didn't have the answer she found out who did. I would recommend her to anyone I know.
