My husband and I have been working with Katie since April 2022. We've been looking for a house for over a year, Nov 2023 we finally found a house and had an offer accepted. We tried to close on the house 6 times we were having such difficulty because of our lender. Katie took the reins and dealt with the lenders and made them get the stuff in one sock. There were four people in this deal buying and selling and she managed to keep everybody cool, calm, and collected until our lender finally finished their paperwork.
