We worked with Katie this summer on the sale of our lake house. A lake house that meant the world to our family since 1984. Katie performed all the typical tasks associated with the sale of a home: listing it, staging it, showing it, selling it - but she did so much more than that. You don't have to go with Katie for your buyer's agent, but you would be crazy not to. She was so quick to respond. Had no problems covering the large area we were looking at. Set up showings and gave great advice. She found properties right on target for what we wanted. When we found the house we bought, the seller's and their agent were a bit like Lucy with the football, but Katie was a pit bull making sure everything that was agreed to was done on time and took the stress right out of the process. We would highly recommend her for your agent at either side of home purchase. She loves what she does, and it shows.

We chose Katie because she was the only realtor hard at work in the office on a sunny Friday afternoon when everyone else was getting ready for their weekend. She immediately dropped everything and began working towards getting us our forever home. Katie's experience was very helpful in preparing our house for sale. Her knowledge of the market was instrumental in deciding an asking price for our house and our offer for the house we wanted. Katie was available and glad to answer any questions any day any hour through the entire process. My husband and I have been working with Katie since April 2022. We've been looking for a house for over a year, Nov 2023 we finally found a house and had an offer accepted. We tried to close on the house 6 times we were having such difficulty because of our lender. Katie took the reins and dealt with the lenders and made them get the stuff in one sock. There were four people in this deal buying and selling and she managed to keep everybody cool, calm, and collected until our lender finally finished their paperwork.
