Katie was outstanding and so comforting during the entire process. As first time homebuyers we knew nothing about where to start or what to do next. We had a relatively quick window we needed to close and move by and Katie helped us find and close on our new home within 45 days. She was available by phone whenever we needed her and truly took the time to make sure we understood the answers to the questions we were asking- and there were A LOT of them! She was accommodating with our busy schedules in terms of showings and also felt like she always had our best interest in mind in terms of helping us write a competitive yet fair offer.
