Katie was great to work with! She was recommended to us through our insurance agent and we couldn't have been more lucky to find her. She was our realtor in the sale of our 2nd home during some of the worst storms in Minneapolis history. She was professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious... even went over to the house to check on it during one of the storms. Our house had multiple offers prior to the open house and was beautifully pictured and presented. Katie was right there every step along the way from helping us sort through the offers to making sure all the paperwork was done correctly for closing. We were done in less than a month. Highly recommend!
