We confidently contacted Katie Troye after the wonderful help she offered our daughter in the sale of her home. She was prompt in her response, clear in her explanations, approachable with our many questions, patient in our timing requests and encouraging as we prepared our home for photos, "live date" and the open house. Once we had an offer, she guided us through the next steps of inspection and appraisal. Closing went smoothly and we were happy to have her beside us as she had been all along. Katie was great to work with! She was recommended to us through our insurance agent and we couldn't have been more lucky to find her. She was our realtor in the sale of our 2nd home during some of the worst storms in Minneapolis history. She was professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious... even went over to the house to check on it during one of the storms. Our house had multiple offers prior to the open house and was beautifully pictured and presented.
